When do you ship my item?

We aim to dispatch within five working days of your order.

After dispatch expect your order: UK- within 5 business days | International 7-14 business days

Who do you ship my order with?

We send every parcel with the Royal Mail. Larger Items will be sent with a courier, usually UPS. Internationally shipped items are sent with Royal Mail or a courier.

How do you ship my order?

All products are carefully packaged to avoid damage and has your receipt inside.

Customs Import Duty & Taxes

For all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.

Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.

Charlie Adrian Art is not responsible if your country’s postal authority do not notify you of a payment of customs duties & tax is due. Please be aware and keep an eye out for this
