Refund policy

 As a general rule, we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on non-damaged items. So please be sure when choosing the correct size for clothing - refer to the size chart for guidance.

I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?

We do not offer cancellations generally however, please email charlieadrianart@gmail.com as soon as possible and we may be able to resolve this for you.

I’ve changed my mind on the order, can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges, however please do contact charlieadrianart@gmail.com to see if we can resolve the issue.

Where is my order, I want a refund?

Throughout most shipping destinations, tracked shipping is the only available option. Please get in contact via charlieadrianart@gmail.com and we will look find where your parcel is via tracking number. If an order has not arrived, we will seek to find an optimal resolution with you to make sure that you are satisfied. Typically, If the order has not arrived after 30 days it will be deemed lost by the postage service and at that point we can offer a refund or can resend an item. We cannot be liable if your parcel has not arrived and we have provided the correct address that was given to us.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

Here at Charlie Adrian we take pride in our standard of care when packaging and sending our products. If, however, your order has arrived damaged in some form, we can resolve this. Please send in clear photos of the damaged product and it's packaging to charlieadrianart@gmail.com.

My order has arrived, but I don’t want it, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, Charlie Adrian does not offer refunds on non-damaged goods. If you would like to exchange it, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please send an email to charlieadrianart@gmail.com
